About Visual Management

Neustro was formed in 2005 by senior managers from Mondi, a division of the FTSE 100 listed Anglo American mining giant. The team had worked together since 1999 devising and implementing the entire IT strategy for a European organisation that stretched to over 60 sites.  All aspects of IT from infrastructure to the selection and implementation of ERP and manufacturing systems were managed by the team.  The company underwent significant change in terms of acquisitions and restructuring during this time adding further to the complexity (and enjoyment).  The Neustro team are familiar with managing IT and ERP for a diverse, multi-site, dynamic organisation that is focussed on manufacturing and distribution.

Neustro have worked with a number of vendors in filling the gap traditionally left in ERP in relation to shop floor data collection. Shoplogix was identified as having the premier solution to
integrate with the ERP deliveries - but more importantly it was realised that as a standalone solution it provided important insight to the real-time performance of manufacturing assets.

Since then Neustro have become the Premier Value Added Reseller for the UK and Ireland implementing Plantnode from Shoplogix to deliver rapid time to value to realise improvement in manufacturing operations.
